For a logo or headshot, use a public HTTPS link directly to a PNG or JPG hosted on your business website. A file on your computer, a private file, or a Google Drive sharing page is not an image URL. This tool does not upload or host your images. Keep hosted images available so recipients can see them. Some email apps block pictures; names, contact links and social labels remain text.
Loading optional pictures lets their host see the request, including your IP address. Only enable them if you trust that host. Social icons are small public images hosted by SBON. Your text stays in this browser. Save a browser draft only if you want this browser to remember your details.
The signature uses its own email colors. Page themes do not change the exported design.
