Break-Even CalculatorOpen full screen

How to use it

  1. Enter your fixed costs for the period, like rent and salaries.
  2. Enter your price per unit and your variable cost per unit.
  3. Read your break-even point.

The math

Break-even units = fixed costs divided by (price minus variable cost per unit)
Break-even sales = break-even units times price

Good to know

  • If price minus variable cost is small, small changes in price move your break-even a lot.
